Welding is a huge part of our job.

That’s why we built a team of some of the best welders in the business. Our welders are certified members of the American Welding Society and American Society for Mechanical Engineers, capable of building or repairing any project. They specialize in a variety of welding types including TIG, MIG, and ARC welding.

  • TIG: Tungsten Inert Gas uses a tungsten electrode to produce the weld. The constant welding power supply produces an electrical energy through a column of highly ionized gas and metal vapors. This process creates plasma used to weld thin sections of stainless steel, aluminum, magnesium, and copper alloys. This process is a difficult one to master but provides greater control over the welding process.
  • MIG: Metal Inert Gas welding is a process in which an electric arc forms between a wire electrode and the workpiece metal. This melts the metals together. It’s common in this line of work because it is versatile, quick and easy.
  • Arc: Arc welding uses electricity to create enough heat to melt metal creating the weld.
